About Cindy

Cindy believes that movement is our way home to the self. Her practice is rooted in the idea that our bodies hold emotional truth—and that through dance, art, and creative expression, we can access parts of ourselves beyond words.

With a background in psychology and a deep respect for cultural sensitivity and embodied presence, Cindy creates safe spaces for self-exploration, play, and healing. Whether working with children navigating neurodevelopmental challenges or adult facing self-doubt and life transitions, she combines body-based methods with art and creative rituals to support emotional resilience, relational insight, and a return to inner alignment.

Cindy has extensive experience working across life stages—from early childhood to elder care—and across contexts, including pediatric clinics, schools, community organizations, and private practice. She integrates dance movement therapy, visual art, and somatic dialogue to help clients build deeper awareness of their needs, strengthen their mind- body connection, and cultivate meaningful relationships.

Cindy is passionate about reconnecting people to their inner rhythm and creative vitality. Her work bridges science and soul, therapy and art, creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to transform.
